• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of any OmniCode software.
• You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer your rights to use OmniCode's services, nor use them for service bureau purposes.
• You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from OmniCode's services or any content accessed through them.

Your Obligations within the OmniCode Ecosystem

As a user of OmniCode, you bear primary responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that transpire under your account. You commit to providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information to ensure its continued veracity. Furthermore, you agree not to engage in any activity that could disrupt, damage, or impair the functionality of OmniCode's services or interfere with other users' experiences. Adherence to all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations is paramount in your use of our innovative platforms.

Disclaimers and the Scope of OmniCode's Liability

OmniCode provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Cessation of Engagement with OmniCode Services

OmniCode reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, a breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, shall remain in full force and effect. OmniCode is not liable for any damages resulting from termination of services.

Jurisdiction and the Laws Guiding OmniCode

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa for the resolution of any legal actions or proceedings arising out of these terms or your use of OmniCode's services. This ensures legal clarity and consistency for all parties involved.
